Everything was packaged with care, and the seller also included a small charm as a gift, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. I really appreciated the extra touch and the care put into my order. I’m so happy with this piece and will definitely be keeping an eye on this shop for future finds.

I especially love the light yellow color -- it’s so unique and gives the pendant a very special, regal and happy look. :) The craftsmanship is truly impressive, and the pendant has a real wow factor in person. Shipping was also incredibly fast, and everything arrived beautifully presented. Definitely one of my favorite Etsy purchases and sellers. Highly recommend!!

After wearing and handling it for a while, this peace buckle in warm white jade with sugar coloring has become one of my absolute favorites. The weight is perfect and makes it very comfortable for everyday wear. It has also become smoother, more lustrous, and beautifully oily-looking with use. I truly can’t put it down! I also really appreciate the seller sending several different cord options afterward so I could choose the one I liked best. Thank you so much!!

5 out of 5 starsWhat a beautiful orobouros snake bracelet in almost black jade. It is far nicer than the photos depict and fits perfectly (even though my hand is way wider than my wrist). The detail of the scales is amazing. The seller was very helpful with explaining sizing and even included a very pretty ring as a gift. This is a very elegant jade bangle for the money and I would not hesitate to buy from this very nice seller again.

I take full 10 pictures+ Video of the exact product for EVERY single item listed in my shop, I don't post same type of gemstone bulkly even they are same quality and same type. due to jade are differs made by nature. customers will able to see the unique characteristics of each item. and only unique characteristics of each item can be a proof that you received the item in listing pictures.
Sizing Details for Beads Bracelet and Necklace
My bead bracelets and necklace are made with a specific number of beads, and there are no extra beads to add if you need to make the bracelet/necklace larger, but I can help with restring the bracelet/necklace into smaller size upon request. information is in the description, if you are not sure how to measure your wrist size, please contact me for help

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to request a return, and provide return tracking within 7 days of delivery.

Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. Seller charges 10% restocking fee for returned product that was not due to quality issue or due to damages incurred in transit. What is not considered a product defect?
Before shipping, I carefully inspect every item to ensure quality — including checking that bracelet elastic cords are strong and that pendant cords are securely tied.
However, cord durability also depends on how the item is handled. Pulling or stretching cords with excessive force, as well as normal wear over time, may cause them to loosen or break.
Loss or damage caused by cord breakage after delivery — whether due to improper handling or natural wear — is not considered a product defect. Buyers are responsible for regularly checking and maintaining to ensure safe use.
