Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination, and selected method of delivery.
Shipping
Cheese is shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday if the order is received before noon central time. We only offer next day or two-day shipping on our cheese. No shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
Shipping During Warm Weather
Warm weather decreases the amount of time our cheese can spend in transit. Thus, we can only offer next day or two day shipping with ice packs.
Problems/Return Policy
If you experience a problem with your order such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please e-mail us. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. After 3 days we will not replace or resend merchandise or issue refunds. When emailing about an order problem, please have your order number ready.
