Each order is sent to the shipping address on file when placing the order; please make sure this information is accurate. Any returned packages due to an incorrect shipping address (that was not communicated and confirmed in advance) will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense. No refund will be made on returned items.

**SHIPPING TIMES**
Multiple shipping methods will appear at checkout. The shipping times for each service are as follows:

First Class: 1-7+ days
Priority Mail: 1-7+ days
Parcel Ground: 2-20 day
Priority Mail Express: 1-4+ days
International:1-4+ week

I do not accept refunds if their is a problem with your order please contact me within

RETURNS
If the seller accept a return . We do not provide return labels for any orders. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We advise using a shipping method that will provide a tracking number to verify the return.

* Any Cutout Letters, numbers, images, or borders are not returnable or exchangeable .
We will refund the cost of the item(s), less original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

How long will it take my item to arrive after it has been shipped?
All orders are shipped USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise stated in the individual listing. Domestic orders usually take 2-20* business days for delivery. International orders take 7-30+ days for delivery.

I am not responsible for any orders delays once they have been dropped off at the Post Office , FedEx, or any carrier .
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once you order has shipped.
Priority Shipping upgrades are also available.
