How large is a full size heating pad?
When laid flat it measures approximately 18" L by 6" W

It measures approximately 5" L by 5" W
What are your packs filled with?
White Rice
How do I care for my heat pack?
Use a very damp cloth to spot clean the outside. Do not submerge in water. The microwave will automatically sanitize the pack each time you microwave it. Let the fabric fully dry before microwaving to avoid burning the rice.
How long will my heating pad last?
If well taken care of, they should last for several years at least. If you order a scented version, the scent will fade within a few months typically.
How cold do they get when used as cold packs?
They feel nice and cool but wont be frozen like a gel pack. This allows them to still be flexible to position. They do not need to be wrapped in anything prior to being placed on a body part.
