What happens after placing an order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking information.

Will my order get to me without any issues?
We use USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx and DHL for deliveries inside the United States and abroad. All of our shipments leave the United States and may spend some time in customs for the country where the shipment arrives. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs.
IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.
What about shipping and delivery?
We fulfill orders within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL). Once a package leaves our studio, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.
Can I customize my order?
Please reach out to us at contact@letrem.com or via Etsy if you’d like to customize your order. We do offer engraving options for certain designs. For custom ring sizes and custom chain lengths, there may be an additional charge.
Please note that there may be a longer production time and all customized pieces are final sale.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced and conflict-free?
All of the diamonds used in our jewelry are 100% naturally sourced and conflict free.
Are the pictures online to scale?
No. We do our best to make them as close to their actual size as we can, but the pictures are not necessarily to scale. The descriptions include dimensions for the pieces. Please read the descriptions thoroughly before placing an order.

Are all items available for Returns?
Returns and Exchanges are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:
•Final Sale items: Any piece listed as final sale.
•Custom orders: Any jewelry piece we do not carry on our site.
•Specialized orders: If we order a piece in a gold color, custom chain length, or ring size that we do not carry on our site.
•If a parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address provided, it is not in our ability to
refund or exchange the item.
Pieces that we cannot accept returns for are marked as final sale on their product page to ensure complete transparency. Please read this carefully before making your purchase!
