Hello, my name is Yang Ting and I am a designer from China. I have been engaged in Etsy sales for over 5 years and have made more than 24000 sales. There are many memorable things in this process, including success, failure, sadness, and joy: poor product quality, incorrect product quantity, damaged packaging, incorrect customization process, poor customization process effect, wrong logistics method selection, slow logistics efficiency There are too many mistakes I have made here!
But my progress started from realizing that I made a mistake. After each mistake, I reflect on why I made it, summarize how to avoid making it again, and make my own plan for how to do better in the future! My product quality is getting better and better, logistics efficiency is getting faster and faster, and there are more and more customized processes. Communication with buyers is also becoming smoother: similar to a British customer who recently bought a bag to give to her friend in Ireland. The clover flower is the national flower of Ireland, but there is no clover design in my store. So she sent me several pictures of the clover flower, and I designed a picture of the clover flower based on the pictures she provided and printed it on the jewelry box. After she received the jewelry box, she was very satisfied. I started very early by completing this order, not because I made money from it, but because my efforts brought happiness to my customers. Through this experience, I also learned that the meaning of clover is luck.
From the beginning when I could only use laser engraving, now I can provide many customized crafts: light engraving, wood, bamboo carving, leather carving, UV printing, hot stamping, printing, embroidery, and so on.
