How do I track orders placed online?
Most orders are shipped with USPS First Class Flat Mail that doesn't include tracking. In case you do not receive your order within 10 business days, contact us and we will issue a tracked replacement of your order at no additional cost.
What if I receive a damaged parcel, the wrong items, or don’t receive my Order at all?
If you believe there is damage to the products you’ve ordered, the incorrect items have been delivered, or your order hasn’t arrived please contact us immediately.
Custom and personalised orders
Please choose carefully as refunds and returns are not provided for change of mind or incorrect selection on custom and personalized orders. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before proceeding with your order. Any messages including misspelled names and incorrect shipping address due to client's error will not be refunded once shipped.
Replacements can be made for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed let us know in advance before the shipment of your order.
