Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At present, we’re keeping things simple—no exchanges. If you're on the fence about which size might fit you best, check out our sizing charts for some guidance. Got a question about our sizes? Drop us a line. Oh, and on those rare occasions where something's labeled incorrectly, let us know within a week with photos, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund ASAP.
Processing & Shipping
You'll receive a tracking number once your order is processed, typically within 3-5 business days. After dispatch, shipping within the US usually takes between 1-7 business days. Tracking allows you to watch its journey! For our international friends, please allow a little extra time due to the whims of customs and other logistical magic.

My order says delivered, but I'm empty-handed?
Give it three business days. Sometimes packages play hide-and-seek, marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Still missing? You’ll need to contact the courier or USPS to initiate a missing mail claim. We’re rooting for a speedy resolution!
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The address entered at checkout is the exact address used to create your shipping label. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update an address if the order has not entered production or shipped.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, insufficient address information, or failure to collect the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
