All orders can be personalized to fit your event the best we can. We can customize the following.

• Color changes to backgrounds and fonts to a different solid color

Shipping
Once a package leaves our shop, we have no control of situations such as the package being delayed in the shipping process. A tracking number is given for you to keep track of your package. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we do not replace or refund at our expense.
