Could you help me edit the item I bought?
Yes, We are happy to help edit the item that you purchased. Please email us together with the details you want to address.
Are the design editable? and What parts of the design can I customize?
Yes, all the designs are fully editable for quick and easy customization. You can customize the heading, name, date and time, venue name and address, and RSVP. The images are fixed and cannot be modified but you can add another elements or details according to your likings.
Can I change the template size of the listings that I've purchased?
Yes, you can resize the item you purchased if you have a Canva Pro account.
What are the Terms of Use?
The purchase of a template is for "personal use" as stated in all the listing description. You can edit, save and download your template unlimited times for editing and proofing purposes. Our templates have no download limit or expiry.
Unfortunately our designs aren't for "commercial use or resale."
What devices can I use to edit the file?
We recommend using a desktop, laptop, or smartphone to edit the file. Canva is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Are all of your product are digital?
Yes, all our products are digital. No physical item will be sent; you’ll receive a download form directing you to the Canva link.
Can I take a refund?
Nope, strictly no refund as stated in every listing description.
What is the difference of the colors between the screen and print?
Screen colors use the RGB color mode (Red, Green, and Blue), which is light-based and display vibrant, glowing colors on digital screens.
In contrast, print colors use CMYK color mode (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) which is ink-based and often appears more muted than what you see on screen.
What paper is recommended when printing an invitation card?
We recommend a white matte cardstock, A7 and US Letter size.
Thickness should be 250-270 gsm / 80 lb to 11 lb.
What type of printing is recommended?
We recommend inkjet printing, especially if you're printing at home or on a budget.
Inkjet printers are ideal for vibrant designs and can handle various paper types, including thicker cardstock. Let it dry first to prevent unwanted ink smudges.
