Although I ordered it early, I did not realize until after I ordered it that it was made to order and the arrival date window fell over the date I needed it by, which was MY BAD. I reached out to the seller to see if my specific date could be met as there was not time to seek an alternative. He assured me he'd do everything he could and did without making promises. He kept in communication, let me know as soon as it shipped, and it got here two days earlier than anticipated thankfully. He was fully transparent so if it didn't work out it would have fallen on me. But his efforts saved the day like a superhero. We'll have photos to follow up with shortly. 1000% recommend this seller and my daughter loves the product that we will feature soon.

Are your products handmade or mass-produced?
All of our products are originally designed by us and produced in-house using professional-grade 3D printers, then individually cleaned, assembled, and inspected by hand in our Los Angeles studio. We do not outsource to factories, and we do not use drop-shipping.
Each item goes through multiple human quality-control stages including surface cleanup, structural inspection, and wearable safety checks. While we use advanced manufacturing equipment, every finished piece is still the result of hands-on craftsmanship.
What materials do you use for your cosplay props?
We select materials based specifically on function, wearability, and structural requirements:
PLA – Lightweight, rigid, ideal for display props and light wearable parts
PETG – Stronger, more heat-resistant, suitable for structural components
TPU – Flexible, soft-touch material used for comfort-focused or impact-buffer zones
Each listing clearly reflects the intended use, and materials are chosen for the best balance between strength, weight, and user comfort.
Will there be visible layer lines on the surface?
Yes. Layer lines are a natural and unavoidable characteristic of all fused-filament 3D printing processes. Even at the highest print resolutions, faint layer texture will remain.
We professionally clean and finish every item to remove sharp edges and surface debris, but we do not chemically melt or over-sand the surface in ways that would weaken structural integrity. These subtle print lines are considered part of the authentic handmade manufacturing identity.
Are your items pre-painted or raw finish?
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all items are shipped in a raw, unpainted finish. This allows full creative freedom for:
Airbrushing
Hand painting
Weathering
Metallic finishes
Character-aging effects
Paint styles are highly subjective within cosplay culture, so we intentionally leave final aesthetic customization in the hands of each creator.
How durable are your cosplay props?
Our products are engineered for:
Convention use
Photography and filming
Personal collection and display
They are not designed for impact combat, sparring, or excessive bending forces. 3D printed materials perform extremely well under normal handling, but repeated impact, extreme twisting, or high-heat environments can compromise structural integrity.
Do you offer custom sizing or character-specific commissions?
Yes, we accept limited custom commissions based on current production capacity. Customization may include:
Scaling adjustments
Design modifications
Character-specific details
Mounting or wearable conversion

Are your items safe for long-time wearing at conventions?
Yes. Our wearable designs are purposefully engineered with:
Lightweight internal geometry
Balanced weight distribution
Ventilation-friendly forms where applicable
That said, factors such as venue temperature, personal sensitivity, and movement intensity will still affect comfort during long wear periods.
Are your products suitable for children?
Some of our products include:

Because of this, not all items are recommended for children. Adult supervision is strongly advised. When in doubt, please contact us before ordering.
Do you test your designs before releasing them for sale?
Yes. Every design undergoes:

Multiple physical prototype prints
Wear and movement simulation
Assembly stress checking
We do not release experimental or unverified designs to customers.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will evaluate whether a repair, partial refund, or full replacement is the most appropriate solution.
