*caring for your custom suit*

Although I do my very best to make sure by your new suit is adjustable and durable, please handle it carefully. Chains May break and/or gems may get ripped off from excess stretching or friction. Please store in protective bag/case while traveling and consider purchasing an additional set of chains in case of breakage.

*cleaning your suit*

Custom / base/ velvet suits - Please hand / spot wash ONLY the fabric areas with soap and warm water then air dry, or consider using a stain remover instead. Avoid getting the Bikini chains wet and keep dry at all times.

Posing/ all fabric suits - please use gentle cycle when machine washing and low heat in dryer.

Because My suits are handmade, custom, made to order from scratch, there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out ASAP; once a shipping label is created and item is shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

If there’s an issue with your product(it doesn’t fit correctly, something arrived damaged) please contact me within 7 days of delivery so that I can make any needed repairs or adjustments. Any items I approve for adjustments/repairs must be sent back in the mail within 7 days of receiving a return label from myself. My items are sold AS IS and do not carry a warranty.

** Make sure you measure yourself (your bust, waist, hips, and underbust) before choosing Your suit size and refer to the listing’s size guide image, to ensure the correct size ordered**

Please refer to the listing images for a general size guide and cut illustrations for each division’s cut/style bottoms. Also, if you are unsure of sizing, please don’t hesitate to include your measurements in your order notes and I can adjust the sizing for the best fit .

The suits have some stretch to them, however adding rhinestone connectors to the bottoms will limit the amount of stretch/flexibility. I can add sliding adjusters on the bottoms if desired, and I do have stretch connector options as well!

At this time, my shop is online only and I do not provide in person or virtual consultations. Should you have any specific sizing or customization questions, I am more than happy to correspond via Etsy messages.

Yes!!!! I make my suits from scratch - that includes cutting out fabric pieces, sewing together and attaching chains, and hand gluing the rhinestones onto the suit.
I am the sole worker in my shop, so while all my suits have a lead/production time, I do my best to ensure all orders meet their expected shipping dates or ship out sooner.
