I made a mistake on my order, what can I do?
If there is a mistake on your order such as shipping address, size, or variation, message me within five hours of placing your order so I can adjust it. Once the five hour mark has passed I cannot guarantee an edit can be made.
What are your processing times?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Your item will enter production no sooner than five hours and no later than twenty-four hours after an order is placed.
My item hasn't arrived.
No worries! First thing you should do is check your tracking number for updated information. Mail can take longer than we'd like sometimes. If there are no updates reach out to me asap! If it says delivered, but you haven't received it talk to your local post office and let me know.
