Returns are accepted on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery, with customers responsible for return shipping costs. If we offer free shipping at the time of purchase, the shipping cost is included in the product price. Sizing details
1.Rings: Use an online ring size chart to find your size. Keep in mind that fingers on the dominant hand are usually slightly larger, so it's best to measure the specific finger you plan to wear the ring on.
2.Bracelets: Measure your wrist using a flexible measuring tape. Wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone and record the measurement. Add approximately 0.5 inches for a comfortable fit, and that will be your bracelet size.
3.Necklaces: The ideal necklace length for you depends on personal preference and style. We offer necklaces in different lengths. To find the perfect fit, you can use a string to measure how you'd like the necklace to sit on your neck and then measure the string's length.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not in the production process or has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund according to our cancellation policy.
