1. Returns & Exchanges
Before placing an order, please carefully review the product description, size, and photos. All of our items are handmade, and while we strive for consistency, some natural variations are possible.

1.1 Handmade Product Disclaimer
• Each item is crafted by hand, which means there may be slight differences (±1–1.5 cm / 0.39 in) in size and detail from the photos.
• Colors may appear differently due to screen settings and lighting. If in doubt, feel free to request additional photos — we’ll gladly assist.

1.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is defective or different from what you ordered due to our mistake, we take full responsibility and will offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot process claims.
Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all tags.
Used or worn items (especially bags that have been used) are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds will be issued after we receive the item back and confirm it is in its original condition.

1.3 Custom Orders
Items made to your individual measurements or custom requests are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are tailored specifically for you.
If there is a visible defect, please send us a clear photo, and we’ll do our best to help.

1.4 If You Change Your Mind
If the item doesn’t meet your expectations and you wish to return or exchange it, you may send it back to us (in Ukraine).
Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Shipping
2.1 Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery may take 14–45 days, depending on your location.

Express shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

2.2 Delivery Delays
Delivery times are approximate. We cannot guarantee specific arrival dates due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs processing.
However, we always do our best to ship promptly and support you throughout the process.

2.3 Customs & Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, the buyer becomes the importer and assumes responsibility for communication with their local customs or postal service.
If your parcel is held by customs or delayed in your country, please contact your local authorities for assistance.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence customs decisions or act on your behalf.

2.4 Parcel Pick-Up
If your package is not delivered to you personally, it may be waiting at your local post office, based on the postal code you provided at checkout.
Please be aware that you typically have 7–30 days to collect it, depending on your country’s postal rules.
Unclaimed parcels may be automatically returned to the sender — please monitor your tracking number and act promptly.

You can track your package using the tracking number provided after shipment.
