I bought the coffin pin board for my husband for his growing pin collection and he loves it! The item was out of stock, but when I messaged the seller, they offered to make me a custom order, which of course I took them up on! I'm so grateful they squeezed in my order, even during the holidays and they were a pleasure to communicate with! Also the quality of the board is excellent. 5 stars all around!

PAYMENT:

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are not accepted at this time. Because we are committed to getting your order out as soon as humanly possible, when we receive your order we are preparing it right away. Please be very careful to read the description of the item before purchasing and feel free to contact us if you have questions that are not answered in the description.

TAXES/ FEES:
International orders may be subject to customs fees, or importing taxes which ARE NOT INCLUDED in the sale price, and is the buyers responsibility. Please do your research on your countries importing laws before purchasing.
FLORIDA RESIDENTS TAXES:
As we are based out of Florida, it is state law to pay taxes. If you reside in Florida, you will be charged a FL tax fee upon purchasing which is calculated based on your zip code.
Shipping
We are committed to shipping your item(s) as soon as possible!

90% of our items are MADE TO ORDER. Please be careful in reading the listing description as it will be specified if it is made to order, as well as a production time quote. 9 out of 10 times we beat our production time, and shipping estimate but as we cannot predict the amount of traffic our shop will have at the time of your order so we set a fair estimate. As soon as your order is received, we will add it to our production list and once your item is completed it will be prepared for shipment and ship it promptly after that. You will receive a shipping notification upon making the label which will include tracking information via email. If the item you ordered is already made we will process your order within in 1-2 business days, we ship via USPS and provide you tracking information once the shipping label has been created.

All of our pieces are packed with the up-most care! Your item may arrive in a graveyard of bubble wrap and other protective materials but this is because we don't want any mishaps during shipping, especially because these items are one of a kind. All corners are reinforced, wrapped in bubble wrap then boxed, we pay attention to movement and QC your package prior to shipment.
**In the event your items arrives damaged please contact us right away! All items shipped are insured by USPS and a claim may be filed.

SHIPPING OVERAGES
On occasion, our quoted shipping price may be higher than the actual cost of shipping. This may occur on occasion due to the fact we use a lot of salvaged wood which vary in weight, and also we must estimate what the overall package will weigh including the box, and protective materials. If this occurs, we will refund you any shipping overages immediately. We do our best do project the items weight upon making listing, but sometimes, it turns out lighter. Again, any overages will be refunded to you upon your label being created.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER:
Sometimes, an item may be returned to us. Upon receiving the returned item we will contact you immediately. We will look up all records we have of your order to determine why exactly the item was retuned to us. If we find that we made an error upon shipping your item we will re-ship your item immediatley with no extra cost to you. If we find that we made no errors and it was not a post office error, we do expect you to be responsible for any additional postage.
Most of the time this happens because the address provided was incorrect. To avoid delays, and additional postage, please be very careful when placing your order that your address is current, and correct. Upon making your label we always check that the address provided is verified by USPS, in the event that we are prompted upon making the label that the address could not be verified we will send you a message immediately to have you verify it for us.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
We can assist you in what to do if an order was placed using the wrong address. Firstly, message us ASAP - we ship very fast so you need to notify us immediately by messaging us on Etsy. We can edit your address when creating the label. If your order has already been shipped you will need to call the post office with the tracking number provided to you by email, and let them know that you need the shipment re-routed to the new address. If your item happens to ship to the incorrect address we will need to wait until the item is returned to ship it to the new address (this may take a few weeks depending on the location) we will need you to be responsible for any additional shipping charges. In the event that the item is not returned we will contact the recipient requesting it to be returned. Sometimes, they may not comply, which would be very unfortunate. Life After Death Designs is not responsible for refunding the amount paid, or for replacing the item. Please be very careful that the address associated to your account is current, and correct.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Customs and import taxes cont'):
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are the result of your countries tax regulations, and cannot be estimated by us. We are not responsible for these fees, and legally cannot assume them. Please do your research if this is a concern. If in the event you encounter this issue, we will refer you to our International Shipping Policy and will not be held responsible.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not issue refunds for any of our items. Please be a responsible buyer when placing an order and be careful to clearly read the description in the listing. If you have any issues with your item(s) please feel free to contact us, and we will do whatever we can to assist you.

We utilize a lot of salvaged materials for our pieces, it is expected that each piece will be unique in it's own way and minor "dings" or scratches should be expected. We spend a lot of time on our listings and try our best to take pictures at each angle, in natural light. We describe the items details to best of our ability in the items description, as well as specify if the item(s) in the pictures is solely the design (if made to order) and if the item is already created, then any distinct markings of the wood will be described in the listing, and pictures will clearly show the details. Please be mindful of this when purchasing. Each piece will have the exact dimensions, weight and specifications listed in the description. Refunds will not be issued if your concern was clearly stated in the description, or visible in the pictures listed.

Every piece sent out is one of a kind. Thus, we include insurance when we ship your item so if anything happens during the shipping process, you are insured. If you receive the item and it is damaged please contact us right away and we will do what we can to help you resolve the issue. We want you to be a happy customer.
Additional policies and FAQs
Our items are made with salvaged materials so no piece will be alike. Minor "dings" should be expected and are described in the description, and visible in the listing photos. Some items that are mass produced may have a mixture of purchased materials, as well as salvage materials so cost may vary.

WE ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS!
On our shop, you will see a "Request Custom Order" button, please feel free to get creative with us! Or, you may send us a direct message to discuss your items specifications to see what we can accommodate before requesting a custom order. When requesting a custom order, we will discuss all of your items details in full as well as quote you a timeline and a price. We will notify you on our Custom Order policy, and be sure that you are in agreement before your item is made. Once an agreement is made we will build you a custom listing directly through your message request which may only be viewed by you. will be 100% sure that you are happy with the end result of your custom piece, before it is shipped to you. WE WILL NOT BEGIN PRODUCTION ON YOUR ITEM UNTIL ALL OF THE DETAILS, ARE DISCUSSED, AND CLEARED WITH BOTH PARTIES. No payment will be required until AFTER we have come to an agreement. In the event you decide after your item is made, that you want it done differently, or want to change the design, it is at our discretion to charge you additional for extra added work, so please be 100% sure on your items specifications before giving us the "go ahead" on production.

CUSTOM ORDER PAYMENT:
At this time we require payment in full prior to production, the purpose of this policy is to protect us from investing time and money spent on a custom item.
Shipping will be estimated at the time of creating the listing, we will request your zip code so that shipping may be estimated accordingly. If in the event there are any shipping overages they will be refunded to you upon making the label.
