What material are your products made from?
Our items are primarily made from PLA plastic using 3D printing technology. Some storage boxes are crafted from polyester material, using resin molds created from 3D printed designs. Each piece is carefully finished by hand.
Can the switch inside the clicker be replaced?
Most of our clickers are designed so that the switches can be replaced. However, due to structural design and assembly, some models cannot be modified. These include the pudding, milk tea, ice soda, and rose pot designs. If you’re unsure about a specific model, feel free to message us before purchasing!
Do you accept custom orders?
At the moment, we are not offering custom orders due to limited resources and other production factors. We truly hope to expand and introduce customization options in the future as Life Cube continues to grow. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!
Can I choose specific colors for keychains or charms?
Colors are selected randomly by default. If you have specific color requests, please leave a note in your order or message us before purchase.
