I was a rockhound as a kid. I loved looking at all my mineral finds. I loved rocks and I loved astrology (really, really big rocks). Now, as a long-time professional astrologer and author, I intermix the two by identifying which minerals go with which degrees of the zodiac. If someone has a challenging configuration in their astrological chart, I can find the crystals to remedy it.

I started Life Is A Gift Shop in 2008 as a couple of display cases in our reception office. It's grown a lot since then.

The goal was to offer natural crystals, gemstone beads and jewelry from mines and artisans who did not employ child labor or treat, color-stabilize or radiate the crystals.

I've since added international hand-made items from free-trade shops, such as authentic Ojime and Netsuke beads.

We do offer discounts on multiple items or bulk orders: 2% off for $50+. 5% off for $100+. 7% off for $150+. 10% off for $200+. Be sure to alert me when you place your order and you will receive your discount in the form of a refund.
