My order processing time is 1-3 business days. I try very hard to ship the next business day, but please understand that I am actively growing on my own flower farm and I may need the full 3 business days to process your order.

For most items, if you order less than $10 and/or fewer than 3 seed packets, your order will ship USPS First Class Letter Rate.

Larger (more crushable) seeds and anything pelleted must ship at the more expensive first class package rate due to the extra padding needed to ensure safe delivery.

I do refund shipping overages when necessary. Etsy currently doesn't have a calculated shipping option for the letter rate. Thanks for understanding!

Your order shipped first class flat (like a large letter) and this tracking doesn't work the same as with other types of mail (read more in PRE-TRANSIT FAQ below). USPS will sometimes mark an item as delivered a day or two before they actually deliver it as it doesn't have a regular bar code for USPS to scan at the actual point of delivery. Please give USPS a couple days to deliver it and contact your neighbors in case of a misdelivery. If a couple days pass and you still have not received the envelope, you'll need to contact your local USPS office and work with them directly to recover the lost package.

Unfortunately, I am not able to offer much assistance, and do not issue refunds or replacements for packages lost by USPS.

Generally, orders less than $10 and/or fewer than 3 seed packets ship as a First Class Flat Envelope. Etsy and Pitney Bowes have a partnership to use the USPS intelligent mail barcode to provide "tracking" information. USPS only has about a 70% scan rate on the intelligent mail barcodes on Flats, so your package may be scanned closer to the destination or may never be scanned before delivery. I hand-carry all outgoing mail to the post office Monday through Friday, so if your order shows pre-transit, rest assured it is on the way to you.
