Bag is smaller than expected, and has no inner pocket for a wallet

I ordered a variety of lovely looking napkins which were to be a gift for a friend. I left significant time for the international delivery, but sadly I never received the item. I therefore cannot comment on the quality of what look like lovely napkins. I did not hear back from the seller when I contacted them about the issue, which is a shame as I would have loved to be part of helping rectify this and support their business. Etsy were fabulous (and prompt) in their response and support.

I ordered a set of 6 napkins on Feb. 1, 2024. Site said items would be ready to ship out in one business week. On Mar. 8, 2024 sent message to seller via Etsy that I had not received my order. It wasn't even marked as being shipped. Got no response back. Etsy issued me a full refund. It's unfortunate. I ordered from this shop a few years ago. Quality was good. Got my orders in 4-6 weeks. Np problems.

Still haven’t received my order, I have messaged the seller but they have not responded!!

I ordered this item in November and never received it. What annoys me is that there has been 0 communication with the seller although I did write a message. This is disappointing! The item looks so nice online and I would have loved to decorate my balcony with it.

I really like this bag. It is wide and roomy enough to hold a lot. It is as described and is what I was looking for. I would buy from this seller again.

quality great, fabric is awesome and it's great to support an organization that does great work.

The garland and the pot holders went beyond expectations. Care was definitely put into the stitching and the fabric is great quality. I'm so happy to support the organization. Shipping did take 8 weeks, but worth the wait.
