Is it safe to put my tumbler in the dishwasher once it’s engraved?
Yes! The engraving is permanent and will not wash off when your tumbler is washed according to manufacturer recommendations.
What if I don’t see a design I like?
We are happy to work with you to create a custom, one of a kind design to fit your needs. There is an extra design fee in these cases. Along those same lines, you are also more than welcome to provide your own design for engraving!
What is the best way to maintain my cheese board after engraving?
Our boards are great for decoration or for being used again and again! We find it best to clean our boards with warm water and wipe them with a mineral oil when they start to get dry.
Why are some parts of my board engraved differently than others?
Many boards are made from different types of wood to provide the beauitful color variations. Different types of wood engrave differently and you may see differences in the engraving color across the wood variations. We think this adds to the beauty and character of each board!
Can you engrave things other than water bottles and cheese boards?
Yes! We can engrave / cut wood, leather, metal, acrylic, etc. We always love trying new projects and customizing designs. Contact us for specifics!
Can you gift wrap and directly ship a gift?
Yes! We will gift wrap any item in cellophane, tissue and ribbon with a gift tag for an added fee of $4.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized and custom nature of many of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us! We take pride in our work and want to make sure we have created a product you love too!
