Cadie has been nothing but amazing through the whole process! She has shown how much she truly cares about her customers and helping as much as she can, going above and beyond what you pay for. Even through complications with the australian courier company (which has nothing to do with her) she offered a full refund, re sent the sample multiple times free of charge plus extra express shipping ontop of that, as well as sending the template for me. She has been so kind, is punctual with her responses and helpful through the whole process! It’s business owners like this who succeed.
