Yes, we do accept custom and personalized orders and we do our best to build and fit your needs. Please let us know the details of measurements, time you will need your product, number of items, color etc.

We provide each listing with a details of what size and color is shown on the photo and also give many choices to pick from. Any light fixture or home accessories item can be made to your specific size.

All pipes are protected with a clear coats of anti-rust spray. The wood is protected with coats of water based poly. To keep it clean, simply dust the product with damp cloth. Do not use a household cleaning products.

Yes all of our light fixtures are dimmable but not all light bulbs are dimmable. Please check with the bulb manufacturer before buying/installing.

For all lights with/including mason jars (candelabra socket), we do recommend to use not more than 40W light bulbs. The shades light fixtures accept all standards bulbs up to 60W and they looking great with the Edison 60W bulbs.

An express delivery is available by prior arrangement and purchase.

We take our time to make each item looks as best as we can. Quality is our goal in all of our handmade items. Depending if the order include 1 or multiply items we need around 2-5 days to make it ready to go.

We ship via USPS, Fedex and UPS. Orders placed with PO BOX - please also provide street address as some carries can not deliver to PO BOX. Please make sure your address is up to date before placing order.
We can not offer free or set up in the listing shipping price to AK, HI, Pr or a PO addresses. Etsy allows you to place order but after checking all selected items and sizes, we will contact you with additional shipping cost to your location.
We don`t ship to international locations at this time.

We hand select each wood piece. Cut, sand and hand rub the stain. The wood will have a flat matte finish which adds to the warmth and farmhouse decor vibe. We don`t apply any coats that YELLOWS or gives SHINY FINISH. We feel that a glossy shiny finish distracts from the warmth. We apply ECO FRIENDLY product that protect from moisture or water. We pick products that are environment friendly, gives flat luster and protect the items.

All mirror sizes from the drop down menu include the frame. We use 2.5" wide wood but most are 3.5". Please check each listing details to see the difference between the outside frame dimensions and actual glass size.

We offer 22 wood colors and 5 pipe colors. We are open to offer different colors or talk to match your decor.

Yes, we do take returns or do exchanges on many of our items. Excluded are custom orders or stuff on sale. Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days from delivery date in original - not used or damaged condition. Buyer is responsible to cover the shipping cost. We will charge 20% restocking fee. In addition we will not refund shipping cost paid during order or actual shipping cost covered for items with free shipping.

Exchanged item(s) will be shipped as soon we receive the product back.

Cancellations must be requested no later than 12h after placing order. After that time we start the work and since everything is "made to order" we can not accept cancellations or changes.
