5 out of 5 starsI'm so happy! The doll came our EXACTLY how I wanted it. It's of my Oshi and so in love with it. The seller communicated with me every step of the way and gently guided me when I was making a bad decision about something (I wanted to put a keychain on a 20 cm doll. Pffft) I was a little nervous because the shipping box was crushed, but the seller packaged it in a way that nothing was damaged. This was a wonderful experience and I'll be back to commission a 10 cm version.
