What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Exchanges Only (No Returns)
We accept exchanges only on eligible, non-customized items.
We do not accept returns or cancellations beyond the terms stated below.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
What is your policy for restocking & return shipping costs?
* Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
* A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned for exchange.
* If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What is your policy for custom or personalized orders?
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final after 48 hours of placing the order.
You may contact us within the first 48 hours for a change or cancellation request. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or returned.
What is your policy for damaged or incorrect items received?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Can I return a custom/personalized item if I'm based in the EU or UK?
Under EU and UK law, buyers typically have the right to return an item within 14 days. However, this does not apply to:
* Custom or personalized items
* Items made specifically to your specifications
Our policy complies with EU and UK consumer laws. If your item is custom-made or personalized, the 48-hour final sale rule applies, and returns/exchanges will not be accepted.
Domestic & International Shipping.
We ship from Florida and offer shipping to all 50 states. Transit times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout, but typically range from 3–7 business days after processing.
We proudly ship worldwide! International shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and tracking is included with all shipments.
What is your normal turnaround?
All items are made to order. Please allow the days specified on the product description for production before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Delays.
Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an issue arises, we’re happy to assist you in working with the carrier.
