Can I cancel my order?
💡 Since all our items are custom-made, we begin production as soon as your order is placed. To ensure smooth processing, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, we’re unable to cancel or change it. Thanks for understanding!
Can I modify my customization details?
📝 Please double-check all your customization details before placing your order! If you notice any mistakes, please reach out to us within 1 hour and we’ll do our best to assist with changes. If the order has already gone into production, we can’t make modifications and additional fees may apply.
Will you send me a design proof?
🎨 To speed up production, we typically don’t provide design proofs. However, if you’d like one, you can select the “Request Design Proof” option when placing your order. Please note, this might delay production. If we don’t hear back from you within 24 hours of sending the proof, we’ll proceed with production.
What’s your return and exchange policy?
📦 Returns/Exchanges within 30 Days: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if your package gets lost in transit, contact us within 30 days and we’ll take care of it:
Damaged Item: Send us a photo of the damage, and we’ll remake and ship a new one.
Wrong Item: If we made a mistake, we’ll gladly replace it for you, free of charge.
Lost Package: If your package is lost during shipping, let us know! We’ll work with the courier to investigate and resend your order if necessary.
