Please include all engraving details and any special requests for sizing at checkout in the “Note to LillaDesigns” box just under the total in your cart. Font style choices can be found on the listings. If you do not specify a font, we will select a basic block font for you.

Your order will arrive with no receipt included, as many of our customers order it as a gift, in a beautiful brand embossed jewelry box with cleaning and care instructions included.

We are happy to take custom orders, please let us know if you have a special design in mind.

Please provide us with the text to be engraved as a JPEG photo, preferably with clear white background. For handwriting pieces we select the bar sizes that fits best for the provided text, it might be larger than the standard size if the text looks better with it.

We only work with the highest quality materials, including 14K Gold Fill, Sterling Silver, Fine Silver, natural gemstones - best choices for long-lasting, heirloom quality jewelry. We craft each piece with love and care and will assure that your jewelry is beautiful and high-quality.

14 K Gold Filled in not plated jewelry, it is much higher quality. 14K Gold filled or also known as "rolled Gold" is composed of a solid layer of gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal. It has a a 10,000 times stronger Gold layer than gold plated jewelry.

For personalized items and custom orders, all sales are FINAL - no refunds or exchanges. If there is an error in the order, we will work with you and send you a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately if this is the case.

If your order is urgent, please contact me via Etsy messaging and we will let you know what is the shortest time we can process your order.

Priority mail and Express mail shipping options are listed at the check-out. The current production time applies to each item unless we agreed on a shorter time to ship your order out.

Lost/stolen mail
In the unlikely event of a package being lost or stolen, there is a 30 day wait time (from the shipping date) before an insurance claim can be placed.

During this time I am not able to provide a refund until the mandated wait time has passed and the buyer has signed a claim document by either the USPS or 3rd party insurance company (affidavit of non-receipt). After the postal affidavit is signed we will refund the item.
