Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the digital nature of my products, I do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations, so please carefully review all of my advertisement photographs and read the full description/details provided before making a purchase. If you have any questions or problems with your order please send me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible!
Do you do custom or personalized work? Can you change the colors of the files for me?
I unfortunately do not offer custom/personalized orders at this time. All of the digital graphics I offer in my shop are sold AS-IS; as described in the product description. Please review all of the advertisement photographs and read the full product description before purchasing!
When and where can I download my order?
Once payment is complete, your purchased digital goods will be available through your Etsy account under your purchases. - https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
To the right of the order you placed, click "Download Files". This goes to the download page for all the files attached to your order.
You will also receive a download link via email (to the email account registered to Etsy).
Guest users/those without an Etsy account will receive a download link via email.
MOBILE USERS PLEASE READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION FOR DOWNLOADING DETAILS!
Some of my packs are too large to host on Etsy servers, so a download link offsite will be provided via .txt file instead. Please thoroughly read each listing description/details provided for more info!
What is needed/required in order to use the graphics?
You are required to assemble the individual graphics yourself for your own project/projects. A compatible graphic editing program, app, and/or website (and general knowledge of use) is required in order for you to use the digital graphics.
Most of the graphics are in .jpg or .png file format. You are responsible for making sure that they are compatible with the program/app/website that you intend to use them with.
The graphics also come in a .zip folder/folders. You must have a program installed that has the ability to unzip them.
All of my files are in RGB color mode unless noted. Colors may vary depending on your monitor/printer settings.
Please read each product description thoroughly before purchase as details may vary!
Do I need an extended license?
You will not need to purchase an extended license if you plan on using my resources for personal use only.
Personal use means that you will not be selling products/items using my digital resources (for example, using the graphics to make a card for friends/family falls under personal use).

How can I use your stock photos/mockups?
You may use my stock photos/mockups for personal/promotional purposes for your business an unlimited amount of times for your blog, website, social media, etc.!
My stock photos/mockups are for PERSONAL/PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY. They may not be shared, leased, or sold to a third-party.

Are all of your digital resources available for commercial use?
Certain digital resources in my shop are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

How do I print your clipart/digital paper/etc.?
You will need experience with a compatible program/app that allows import of the digital files in order to arrange them to your liking to print.
All files are in RGB color mode unless noted. Colors may vary depending on your monitor/printer settings.
I unfortunately do not offer technical support for problems with printing or for directions on how to use/print with specific programs/apps. Please refer to the program/printer user manual(s) or search via Google (etc) for help with specific errors or user guides.
Heavier weight paper (such as cardstock) is ideal for paper prints.
Please note that the quality of prints can vary based on the type of printer you will be using, printer settings, and the material you have chosen for printing.
Are all of your digital papers seamless?
No, not all of my digital papers are seamless. Only those that state they are seamless in the main advertisement photograph and in the product description/details are seamless. Please be sure to thoroughly review all advertisement photographs and read the product description in its entirety before purchase!
