Can I pay a deposit first and then the remaining once the item is ready to be shipped out?
Yes you are allowed to leave a small deposit in order for the work to start. Once the item has been completed and is ready to be shipped out the remaining payment is required before the item is to be shipped out.

Are there any taxes or duties for international orders?
