Welcome to LimbsDisarm! Everything on sale is 100% handmade by us in our workshop. Every print is hand pulled with high quality water-based and eco-friendly inks, and made to order uniquely to your specifications. We have more than a decade of experience with screenprinting and we deliver products with the highest standard of details and resistance. Just as we would like to receive them, as simple as that. No third parties involved, no cheap prints, we have a lifelong passion for history and music, and we strive to create something different that will last. I accept payments through Etsy direct checkout and PayPal (worldwide), Bank Transfers in Euros from European countries only.
Shipping
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. If you need something shipped priority or express, please contact me before placing your order so that we may assist you. Please, remember we ship from Italy, so it might take quite a while if you're from another country/continent. Ialways suggest to choose registered airmail, which is faster and safer. Registered airmail is mandatory over 20 euros of value.
Estimated shipping times:
Italy: 3-14 business days
Europe: 1-5 weeks
America: 3-12 weeks
Canada: 3-12 weeks
Japan: 3-12 weeks
Australia: 4-12 weeks
Rest of the world: 4-12
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please understand that after I ship things off, they are out of my hands. I have no way of making the packages arrive any sooner, unless you purchased priority or express shipping (ask for a shipping estimate to your country before you checkout).
I STRONGLY recommend you pay for "registered airmail" at the checkout, so I can give you a tracking number for your order. It is a lot faster and the same tracking number will allow you to open an inquiry with your postal service to try and find your package in case of delay. If you choose regular airmail I can't track your package and I can't be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. It's your choice and your responsibility. Insurance available upon request, send me a convo before you checkout and I will adjust the final price for you.
Shipping methods:

~ Patches and Backpatches, bags and crystals ~ default method "regular airmail", it is the cheapest option vailable in our country, it does not have a tracking number and we only accept it for orders of multiple items under 20 euros. At checkout there's the "upgrade" option for registered airmail.

Due to many dishonest buyers and Paypal policies, I will no longer ship any order with a value over 20 euros if you don't pay for a tracking number. If you want an exact estimate of the price, please convo me and I'll weight your items and tell you exactly how much it will cost. If you spend more than 20 euros and don't pay for registered airmail, your order will be cancelled.
~ T-shirts ~ UPDATE(20/08/2017)!!! Default method is now "registered airmail" only, I'll give you a tracking number that proves I've sent your package and a link to track it along the way to your address. I can no longer offer cheaper shipping on t-shirts, unless you're a trusted customer willing to wa it longer.
~ Prints ~ dafault method is "priority airmail", it gives a code that proves I've sent your package but it doesn't tell you where it is. We only accept this method for orders under 20 euros. At checkout there's the "upgrade" option for registered airmail, which we strongly suggest.

If an item is returned to us and not delivered because of invalid address given, we will be happy to re-send the item, if the customer pays for the additional shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to double check the address given at checkout to ensure the package arrives to the correct address.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Privacy
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact us directly.

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

We do not store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal informationwe hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we am required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, We will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
