4 out of 5 starsThe hamper seems like it was nice and just as pictured when it was made. Unfortunately they made an error in shipping. It was wrapped up super tight in a tight wad, instead of being rolled, and because it took a long time to get there, it got misshapen. I contacted the sellers who were very responsive. They have assured me that they are reviewing the shipping and will make sure this doesn’t happen again. I was very impressed with how they handled it.
