Be sure to read all of the instructions and be specific so you get the results you want. And double check that you are getting a digital download, or an actual print because it does impact the price.

What kind of photo should I send?
The better the quality of the photo you send, the better work I can do. The cleaner the photo you send, the better the drawing.
Can I add text or words to the portrait?
If you write the text you want to add in the customization section, I can add it to the drawing in the font you want for you.

I want to combine two or three photos for my portrait, is that possible?
Yes, don't be sad if you don't have a photo together 😊 If you send me a message first of all the photos you want to combine, I'll see what I can do for you and get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I have a rush order?
I usually have orders ready within three days, but if it's urgent and you want it to be completed within 24 hours, I can do the drawing on the same day for an additional $10. If you need an urgent drawing, you can send me a message and get information about this subject.
Why a digital print and not a physical product?
By purchasing a digital product, you can avoid paying shipping fees, and you don't have to wait for days for your cargo to arrive. You can print the digital portrait you bought in the size and number you want from a printing center near you.
Tips for printing digital portraits: You can print on greeting cards, frame, canvas, coasters, phone cases, fridge magnets, posters and your blanket. You can also use it in the background of your computer and phone if you wish 😊
Where/how can I print?
In USA/CA - Staples, Costco, Walgreens, CVS, Target, Walmart, Shutterfly, print-my-pdf.com or your local print shop
In the UK/ROI - Instaprint, Helloprint, Boots or your local print shop
In AUS/NZ - Vistaprint, Photobox, Snap print or your local print shop
The print is best suited for A4 frames available at most places that sell frames! If you need an alternative format, let me know.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. I offer unlimited minor revisions until you are satisfied with your artwork. Small adjustments such as details, colors, text, or minor corrections are included free of charge.
Major changes, such as using a different photo, adding extra subjects, or completely changing the style, may require an additional fee.
