Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?
Every U.S. order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all taxes and duties are already included in the price. You won’t face any extra fees at checkout or on delivery. If a carrier ever bills you in error, please contact us and we’ll resolve it.
Please provide your phone number for delivery purposes.
For international orders outside the U.S., buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
How long does delivery take?
All pieces leave our workshop within 2–7 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days for the USA, 4–6 business days for Europe. 1–4 weeks worldwide. You’ll receive full tracking and updates from us until your parcel arrives.
Can I order a custom size or personalized piece?
Yes. Since every item is designed and sewn to order, we can tailor it to your exact measurements.
How sustainable are LinenComfort's products?
We craft every piece in-house to maintain strict control over our quality and ethical production. All our linen is OEKO-TEX certified, meaning it’s free from harmful chemicals and safe for your entire family.
Will the color match what I see online?
We photograph our linens in natural light to show true shades, but screens can vary. As a natural fiber, linen may show subtle variations between lots.
Is it easy to care for linen?
Yes. Linen is naturally strong and easy to care for. Simply machine wash in cold or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. For white fabric, oxygen bleach can be used. Tumble dry on low or line dry; removing it while slightly damp will minimize wrinkles. With every wash, your linen becomes softer and more comfortable.
