How long does shipping to the USA take?
7–14 business days with tracked Etsy Shipping. Express (1–5 days) available at checkout. Every order is covered by Etsy Purchase Protection.
PRODUCTION TIME
All order items will be made and shipped in 7-14 days. During the Holiday season, making custom orders can take longer.
Custom Orders & Returns
All of our LINEN BAGS are custom-made to order. Each item is cut and carefully sewn only after your order is placed, strictly following the specific dimensions you have selected. Because every bag is personalized and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your required measurements before placing an order.

Refunds are issued for non-custom-made returned items, excluding the shipping fee.
Will I have to pay customs duties in the US?
No – I ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All duties are covered by the Seller.
Do you offer bulk / wholesale pricing?
