I rinsed it in water with hair conditioner and then also sprayed it with some vinegar water and froze it for a day and that nicely softened up the fibers. This is a well-made item, the fabric is a good weight, sizing was perfect. I am 5'7"; 220 lbs, got it in XL.

REFUNDS AND RESTOCKING FEES
You are always welcome to return your purchase within 14 days if it does not meet your expectations.
The handling fee for a return is EU €10, no EU €15 , and it will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. There is no handling fee for exchanges.
We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package – just to be on the safe side in case it gets lost on its way. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it. Buyers cover return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original, unused condition.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
The buyer is responsible for giving their correct and current delivery address. In case the address is incorrect or the buyer exceeds the maximum holding time, and the package is returned to the seller, the seller agrees to reship the packet only if the buyer pays for the repeat shipping.
If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned, the seller will deduct all the additional expenses incurred because of this and will refund the difference to the buyer.
