How to prolong the life of linen fabric and products made from it? Take good care of it!

Care instructions

1)HEAVY Linen for upholstery - dry clean only
2)MEDIUM and LIGHTWEIGHT linen - hand wash or low rpm machine wash at 29-39C (84-104F)
-Bright and Dark fabric should be wash at temperature ~29C(84F)
-Plain dyed fabrics are washed at a temperature not exceeding 39C (104F)
-Do not wash longer than 5-10 minutes
-DON'T use bleach, chlorine and agressive cleaning agents when washing
-Use gel for colored fabric
-Conditioner can be used to make fabric softer
-Air drying recommended. Straighten and dry in a vertical position
-Mechanical compression during wringing linen is NOT recommended
-Flax should not ne squeezed at more than 600 rpm
-Iron without steam

The tracking number will be provided immediately after the package is ready and sent.

Remember each given delivery time of our product is approximate and can be changed.

The indicated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the delivery service.
If you have not recieved your parcel on time please contact me and we will apply for a parcel search.
Please NOTE that package search process can take up to 3 months!

I didn't recieved parcel and The Post office sent it back to the sender

Remember, all of our products are made to order and non-refundable!
the parcel can be refunded only if the sender provided wrong address or other recipient's personal data.
If your parcel was not received and sent to the seller, it will be sent one more time for free.
In case of incorrectly provided personal data of the recipient, re-delivery is paid by the buyer.
In case if delivery attempt failed and reciepent did not pick up the parcel from Post office, re-delivery is paid by the buyer.
To escape from this situations please check your order tracking details periodically.

I recieved damaged parcel

While recieving you notice the absence of the goods in the parcel or it was damaged, in this case it must be documented
according to the procedure of delivery service that the parcel was damaged during delivery.
If this situation happend do not forget to take a photo of the damaged area and contact me.
Unfortunately, if you do not have proof of act created with Post office employees and photos confirming the damage of the parcel we will not refund your money.

Additional costs

All additional costs associated with duties, taxes or any other fees in the country of the buyer are paid by the buyer.
