Hi, I am Jurgita - creator, crafter and photographer of everything at LinenSpace. A few years ago I decided to quit managerial job in media and postal industries and focus on my own creative energy uniting everything that I was interested in - modern and folk arts, architecture, design, photography, hand crafts, and my love for linen.

I've been in love with linen since my teenage years. At that time I participated in numerous ethnographic expeditions in North-East Lithuania where I was born - the region famous for quality linen production. I was very lucky I had a chance to touch and feel plenty of handwoven linens, decorated in traditional Lithuanian ornaments and handmade crochet, all of them crafted by local women almost a hundred years ago or even more. I was so impressed by the quality, craftsmanship and subtle aesthetics of Lithuanian traditional textile arts, and this has always been one of the sources of inspiration for my own creations.

LinenSpace is about merging modern minimalist aesthetics with linen, one of the worlds' oldest textile material. I am a keen fan of „less is more“, and I completely agree that perfection in design is achieved not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away, as Antoine de Saint-Exupery put it.

Linen is amazing natural material which is so much in tune with simplicity, modernism and healthy lifestyle. Yes, linen wrinkles and may be rough. It is imperfect, just as we, humans, are. Yes, linen is for strong people, for those who feel comfortable with their own unique set of wrinkles. I love the „wrinkling“ nature of linen, it is what makes it look and feel cozy, informal and relaxed. One of my creations is designed to emphasize the beauty of natural wrinkled linen - just check these lovely cup coasters via the link below. I designed them with respect to minimalism, so they look perfect in every interior from old French farmhouse to Japanese or contemporary Scandinavian.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
When You receive the item(s), You should check them as soon as possible, and let me know within 3 working days of receipt if there are any problems. Please retain all packaging and product labels (including mailing envelope with the invoice and customs form) until You are satisfied with the goods.

I do my best to make the items of good quality. Still, if for any reason You are not happy with the item You purchased in this shop, I guarantee money return with no questions asked if the following requirements have been fulfilled:

1) the item is not a custom order;

2) the item is returned in its original package and condition, UNUSED and in re-saleable condition, with all labels;

3) for EU buyers, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item; for non-EU buyers, the item must be returned within 28 days. After this period, we will replace or refund your purchase only if we happened to make the defect;

4) if You wish to return the item, You must contact me via Etsy convo before sending the item back. I may ask You to fill a special return form and include it with the item returned. The address for return is provided in the invoice which is sent together with the item purchased.


1) I do not refund delivery charges from Linenspace to the buyer;

2) I do not refund the cost to return the product to Linenspace, including postal brokerage fees which may in some cases occur due to Lithuanian customs procedures during the item return process;

3) for Your own protection, You shall return Your goods to me by recorded delivery (so that I sign for the shipment);

4) I will refund the value of the items returned within 3 business days of our receipt of the returned items;

5) I will not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in return transit.

If my items appear to be faulty, You have to contact me without hesitation. I will do my best to arrange replacement or refund.

!!! Please note that the colour shade of the item may differ from that in picture due to different technical characteristics of computer screens and their calibrations. The item will not be regarder as faulty because of such difference.
Items are shipped from Lithuania (European Union), using services of national postal service operator, via registered priority mail. I send notification via Etsy as soon as the item is shipped.

Items sent to Non-EU countries: delivery time is usually approx. 2-3 weeks.
Items sent to EU countries: usually shipments arrive within 1-2 weeks.

Delivery via DHL within 2-4 business days after the item is ready to ship.

If you choose DHL Express shipping option:
1) please provide your phone number in „Note to seller“ field so that the courier company may contact with you to arrange the delivery time;
2) please double check if your address AND phone number are correct before submitting the order.

For some countries (for example, Russia) some restrictions may apply. In any such case I will inform the buyer individually.

Delivery may take longer during busy holiday seasons. I strongly suggest to choose DHL Express shipping upgrade when ordering gifts for Christmas, Easter, birthday, etc.

Customers are responsible for any duties/taxes/customs fees that may be applicable by national authorities of the receiving country.

If the Post Office leaves you a notice about your package, it is your responsibility:

1) to pick up your package at your local Post Office, or
2) to schedule a re-delivery, if it is available in your local Post Office.

Express shipping worldwide for time sensitive orders

If Your order is time sensitive, I recommend to choose express shipping option during checkout.

It usually takes only 2-3 business days worldwide to ship via DHL Express or other courier company after the item is made ready to ship (please consider the production time, too)

Canada: 3-4 business days
Australia: 3-5 business days
