2 out of 5 starsHate leaving negative reviews however I did give the seller the chance to rectify the problem and I’ve had no response for over a week. The dress itself is beautiful, seems good quality & the embroidery on it is gorgeous. My issue is that it arrived with what looked like pen marks all over one side of the chest area, the seller advised me to wash it and stated it would come out. I did this, and unfortunately it didn’t come out, I contacted the seller to tell them this with no further response. This item was purchased for my little girls 1st birthday which is next week. I’m very disappointed with the customer service & now I’m left with a damaged item.

1 out of 5 starsI am very disappointed with this dress and the shop. First of all, the item was many sizes larger than what I ordered - despite them asking for my measurements, which I sent with pictures attached. Alongside this, the dress material is very see-through, not a good quality linen. The embroidery is also done with a very thick thread, the overall appearance looks completely different (way cheaper!) than what's advertised on the pictures. Lastly - the shop advertises itself as shipping from the United Kingdom (one of the reasons why I went with it), while the order was shipped from India. Overall a very big disappointment (was expecting to wear the dress for my wedding) - but neither the size nor the quality makes this an option anymore. Edit: I have received a refund from the shop.

5 out of 5 starsThe seller did custom sizing for my 10 y/o daughter for a wedding. The dress was beautiful, excellent communication. They rushed the order and the shipping. Very happy.
