Frequently asked questions
Order cancellations:
You’re welcome to request a cancellation as long as your order hasn’t entered production yet. Once printing has begun, we’re unfortunately unable to guarantee cancellation, even if the parcel hasn’t been marked as dispatched.
Incorrect or incomplete address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free replacements if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
If the item is with your local post office due to address issues, you'll need to collect it or update the delivery instructions with your local carrier.
Refunds and returns:
All of our prints are made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
We’re happy to offer a refund or replacement if:
- There is a printing error
- There is a quality fault
- If your order is damaged during shipping, we can provide a free replacement as a gesture of goodwill.
Photo evidence will be required so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery delays:
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to couriers, customs, or busy periods such as holidays, and these are unfortunately outside of our control. For this reason, we’re unable to issue refunds for delivery delays. Refunds for lost parcels can only be issued once the carrier has officially confirmed the item as lost.
Damaged items on arrival:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. To allow us to resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- The original packaging
- The shipping label (showing your name and address)
Once we’ve received this information, we’ll review the issue and work with you to reach a suitable resolution.
Print quality and colour variation:
If your print arrives with a manufacturing error or a quality issue, please get in touch with us with details and clear photos, and we’ll be happy to offer a refund or a free replacement.
Please note that slight colour variations between what you see on your screen and the final printed product are normal due to different screen settings. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
