Made by someone who used to read the applications
Most resume templates are made by graphic designers. Mine aren't.
I'm Linoy. For four years I ran hiring for a busy office - writing the job ads, reading the applications, screening the candidates, and sitting in the room when the decision got made. What I learned there is that almost nobody reads a CV. They scan it, in seconds, looking for four or five specific things. If those things aren't where they expect them, the CV goes in the no pile - no matter how good the person behind it is.
That is what these templates are built around. Not only how a resume looks, but what the person on the other side is actually looking for, and where their eyes land first.
Every resume comes as two files: a designed layout for when a person will read it, and a plain single-column ATS version written for the same role, built to pass automated screening intact. Both are easy to edit in Word or Google Docs - no design skills needed, just type over the sample text.
Each template is written for a specific role, so the wording, the skills section and the sample achievements already sound like someone who does that job.
