❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, your order enters production, and cancellations will be eligible for a 60% refund of the original order value.
🧷 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- Return the item within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
⚠️ We do not accept returns for custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
🧵 Can I make changes to my custom design?
Yes — but please note the following policy:
- Once the initial design sketch is completed, switching to an entirely new image will require a redesign fee (up to $30).
- If you request extensive edits (over 35% change from the approved design), a modification fee (up to $20) will apply.
📬 When do I need to confirm my custom order?
Custom orders require your confirmation within 48 hours.
If we don’t hear back by then, we’ll proceed with production to ensure timely delivery.
⏳ What are your processing times?
- Standard items: 3–5 business days
- Custom orders: 7–10 business days after final confirmation

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Please note: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery.
🚚 Do you offer tracking?
Yes! All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, which will be provided upon dispatch.
Shipping estimates are shown at checkout.
⚠️Note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.
📦 What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a secure and accessible delivery address.
That said, we’re always here to help — if your package goes missing, please contact us, and we’ll assist in tracking it down.
🛠️ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're so sorry for the inconvenience — and we’ll make it right.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.
📝 Note: Damage from normal wear and tear is not eligible for refund. However, if you believe your item has deteriorated unusually or excessively, contact us — we’ll evaluate your case individually.

Yes, we do! We love working with boutiques, event planners, and gift buyers.
