Hi, everyone!! Welcome to our little shop! Lionheart Threads is here to bring you all of your bookish needs! 🤍

A few important shop details!

1) If you need to cancel an order, it MUST be done within 48 hours!! After that, it is too late to cancel. I buy blanks right away so that I can get your order out as soon as possible, and once the blanks are bought, your order is permanently in the system 🤍 In addition - any SJM, JLA, Emily McIntire, Brynne Weaver, S.L. Cokeley and Rachel Gillig orders are *not* eligible for refunds/cancellations at all. Since we are licensed, the authors receive a percentage of sales. That being said, once an order is placed, that percentage is put towards her team at the point of sale 🤍

2) We do not accept returns. Exchanges are dependent on the item. If you need a size chart before ordering, I’m happy to provide one for you! 🤍

3) During the holiday season, DMs will take a little longer than usual to respond to. I am a single mom and a one-woman-shop 🤍 So since I have a lot on my plate, sometimes DMs take a little while for me to get to 🤍

4) Processing time is four weeks as I am a single mom and a one-woman-operation and I make everything as it is ordered (I do not pull from existing stock), thank you for being patient with that turnover rate :)

The item is what was described however the time from ordering to shipping was much longer than expected and when I messaged to inquire the time line or request a refund (twice) I did not receive a response. The item was shipped shortly after messaging but to this day I have never received a response.
