All handmade items are delicate and require attention! Gold plated pieces over silver or brass can be polished if you rub gently with a cotton piece of fabric. You should avoid spraying your perfume onto your jewellery or using chemicals to clean it. Please remember to take it off when having a shower, doing sports or going to bed. Store separately in a box or pouch. In this way your jewellery will be in an excellent condition for a long time!
Some items in my shop may be colourful and playful but they're not toys! Please never leave young children or pets unattended around your embellished boho sandals or jewellery! Always store them separately in a dark, dry place.

Multiple items are sent in one package, unless otherwise requested with a message to seller.
I ship to your Etsy address. Please make sure it is correct. In case an item is a gift and you want it sent to a different address along with a handwritten message, please let me know! You are advised to dispose of the package and any wrapping material in the paper recycling bin.

If you are uncertain about your size, have trouble understanding the actual size of an object as pictured, would like something different in size than what you see in my shop, please contact me BEFORE placing your order! I'll be glad to help!

If you have never worn gladiator sandals before, please bear in mind that the leather shoe laces have to be tied no higher than 6"-8" (15-20 cm) above the ankles for more comfortable walking!

If you wish to shorten your macrame bracelet, you can tie new knots at both edges and cut the excess cord with a pair of scissors. ( Heat seal the edges using a lighter. Blow before the flame reaches the knot!)

To follow the course of your package, please go to the 'You' section of your Etsy account, go to 'Purchases and reviews', find the item you bought from my shop and click on the 'View receipt' button, scroll down a little bit. You'll find the tracking number of the shipment, under the map. Usually the info is written there, or by just clicking on the tracking number.
I ship to your Etsy address. Please make sure it is correct as I DON'T refund items that were returned to me as unclaimed or because of a wrong address. I can resend the item only to EU customers and only If they haven't chosen the express shipping choice but the buyer is responsible for the new shipping cost. I am not responsible for any postal delays or delays due to customs.
