Need to cancel your order? Please let me know as soon as possible. If your item has not yet shipped (I do try to be very prompt in shipping) I am happy to cancel for you for any reason.

If you need to return your item, you will receive a refund minus the shipping charges. You must contact me within 3 days after you receive your item to let me know you would like to send the item back. Items must be returned within 14 days.

Once I ship orders, the USPS is in control. If you have troubles please let me know so we can try to resolve the issues, but I am not responsible once the USPS takes over.
