Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. Please understand no refunds are given, unless your item is damaged or lost during transit and insurance against damage or loss is purchased.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards and e-check payments via Pay Pal.
Shipping
I ship via Flat Rate. Please contact me if purchasing more than one item so I can combine shipping.

Even though I do my best to ship promptly and pack your items carefully, once your package is in the hands of the post office the items then become the responsibility of the post office, so arrival times and damage after your package is left in the care of the post office is no longer under my control.

Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for damages or loss of your packages during shipping unless you purchased insurance for your packages. If you would like to insure your packages send me a private conversation stating you want to add insurance to your shipping fee, you will be provided with insurance on your package and a tracking number to follow your mailing.
