Custom and personalized orders
Yes! I have the ability to make adjustments to our current items. I also can consult with you on custom and other personalization options.
Wholesale availability
We make finished goods to sell wholesale. We can set up custom listings for bulk orders for quantities not in a listing currently. Please convo your request. Favors is a good category for bulk orders. Thanks!
Gift wrapping and packaging
Please send a convo with your request. We have experience with private label and we have created entire custom collections for buyers with proprietary designs.
Custom and personalized orders
Everything is made to order - therefore everything is a custom order. This is because when it comes to supplies and the vast assortment offered, generally, orders are almost always unique in color, design, qty, etc. We do not allow cancellations or returns. We do offer samples - See next FAQ.
How do I be sure I will like the product?
In our 10+ years here on Etsy (my mom's shop) we have many repeat, long term customers. They buy our supplies over and over for years and years and years. It is my hope that this shop will age in a similar way. Please convo to me what item(s) you would like samples of and I can set up a listing so you can get samples first to review at a low cost/less risk.
Do you sell internationally?
Not too much but we can look into it - with the costs for shipping it has been challenging compared to 10 years ago when we were selling internationally on a very regular basis. Please send a convo and we can research the situation.
