Shipping Policies
No refunds due to shipping delays.
Please have a secure area for your delivery as Little Bit Pets LittleBitPetsKids is not responsible for missing packages after shipping carrier shows the package has been delivered.
Purchases made with free shipping are subject to our normal return policy. In addition, there will be a restocking fee charged equal to the retail rate postage cost set by USPS.
Free shipping with $35.00 purchase before shipping & taxes. Free shipping is only to one address per order.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for any returns authorized not due to damage or defects.
If an address is incorrect (due to buyer's input), the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to have shipped to correct address.
Return Policy
We do accept returns if the product you received from us is defective. We will either send a new item, upon receipt of the defective/damaged item or a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initialize a return/refund process.
No refunds will be issued until item(s) are received back in same condition when shipped. It the item(s) are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so we may assist you within 7 days of receiving your product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping paid will not be included in the refund. Refunds will not be issued until unused item is received back

Due to the nature of handmade items, there may be some variations to each product.
Thread and fabric colors differ slightly from what is seen in our pictures.
Colors can vary slightly from the picture, as the dye process for fabric can differ and each bolt is slightly different in color.
Our products are handmade and we do not always have product in stock. We have a 3 to 7 day processing time depending on the item and the season (ie, Christmas, Easter, etc). Some holidays might have a longer processing time.
Sale prices are honored on items bought during the sale period. Sale prices cannot be applied to orders previously made before a sale. Discounts cannot be applied to items already shipping.
