These were easy to print and looked better than the store bought cards

The item itself is great. My 7 year old is autistic and loves all the Eevee evolutions so she was super excited to get these to pass out at school. However, the customer service was terrible. It took the seller a day to get back to my request to send to another email address. They agreed and asked which email, and I literally never heard from them again. This is a digital download, which cannot be done on the app, only on a computer or tablet, and my email inbox was full so I didn’t receive the original email. I ended up having to pay for more storage just so I could reset my Etsy to be able to download this file so my daughter could have her Valentines Day cards in time for her party tomorrow. I understand my situation is unique, but I feel I deserved a little better customer service.
