I strive to provide the best possible experience when purchasing an item from my shop. I understand that it can be frustrating when things go wrong, like missing packages, untimely deliveries, damaged goods, etc. These things are annoying and no one wants to deal with it.

If you're experiencing any of these issues, I am here to help you and make things right. I am not unreasonable and I will provide the best customer service one little ol' me can! I'm just one person and I work very hard to provide beautiful and memorable products, so understand that I also feel a little unsettled when something goes wrong.

I will do my utmost to set everything right. Please read though these possible issues to see what my shop refund/return policies are:

1. MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED! AAAAH!!!

If your item arrives damaged, please let me know ASAP! There are two options available in case this does happen:

-- I will arrange for the package to be returned, if necessary, and refund you the item.
-- I will arrange for the package to be returned, if necessary, and send you out an entirely new package at my own expense.

I try to make every package as damage proof as possible, so hopefully you will not have to encounter this issue!


2. DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE! GRRRR!!!

In case you did not receive your item in the allotted time frame (2 - 5 business days) please notify me on Etsy, via messaging or my Email, within a timely manner. I will then provide you with the tracking number.

Be patient. It may take a few days for your package to arrive. This isn't my fault, this is just how the postal service works. If after a few days you still have not received your package, I will do one of two things:

-- issue you a refund for the item.
-- send you out an entirely new package, at my own expense.

Colors may differ slightly from photos due to different calibrations on computer monitor settings.

None of my products are waterproof. None of my products are eatable, so please do not consume the prints you receive.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple guidelines to make a return:

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered/undamaged state within 60 days of purchase for a full refund less the shipping fee.

If a package arrives to you damaged, you must notify me within 48 hours of arrival. I will arrange for the return of the item, and if possible a replacement will be sent to you. If a replacement is not possible, the product cost less shipping will be refunded.

All orders ship within 3 - 5 Business days. If you need your order quickly, let me know in a message and I can ship it sooner.

Also please keep in mind that custom orders, such as bridesmaid cards or personalized print, are not pre-made. That being said, please understand that making these cards requires at least 2-3 business days to make. If you need these items quickly I recommend upgrading to Priority Mail.

All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail, which takes on average 2-7 days for delivery. If you need your order ASAP, I highly recommend upgrading to Priority Mail. If you'd like to upgrade, just add this listing to your cart: https://www.etsy.com/listing/163731172

All orders ship within 1 week. If you need your order quickly, let me know in the message to me and I can ship it sooner.

International delivery can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks. Please keep this in mind when you order!

If you'd like, you can upgrade to Global Priority for a flat $24. Global Priority has an estimated 6-10 day delivery. You can also upgrade to Global Express for $45, which has guaranteed 3-5 day delivery. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

If you order a personalized/custom print or bridesmaid card set and do not include specifications for customization, I will mail you a basic card set with no additional changes.

Understand that it is very important that you provide me any and all information needed for me to make the cards perfect. I do my best to make all the changes you need the first time.

Understand that I work on multiple projects at a time.

I cannot provide unlimited changes. I allow 1 set of changes upon receiving your mock-up. No more than that.
