Sizing details
Unless specified on the individual listing all cards measure 5x5 inches (12.7cm x 12.7cm/127mm x127mm)
Custom and personalised orders
All products advise whether they can be personalised or not.
On occasion, there may be a small charge for a slight alteration to the design.
Please note, if the design does not offer a personalisation, then any requests will not be actioned.
If you require an alteration to a non-personalised item, please message me before purchase.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders are sent in a white, hard-backed, square envelope with the name and address printed on the front.
If your order has been sent direct to the recipient they will find your card inside another envelope within the postal envelope.
If your order is being sent to you, then you will receive a blank white envelope with your card.
All packaging can be fully recycled in your household recycling programme.

All our cards can be adapted for wholesale orders.

Delivery
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Same day dispatch is available with Express Delivery and can be purchased for an additional cost.
We use Royal Mail Click and Drop to deliver all our products.
If for any reason you do not receive your item, you MUST report this to us via Etsy within 30 days of purchase so it can be fully investigated.
PLEASE NOTE Etsy's 'estimated delivery dates' do not include UK bank holidays or industrial action.
